NYRA Arrogance

NYRA continues to “not get it.” Counting on VLT revenues to lift it out of insolvency, it thumbs its nose at the public, as this article reports.  As I’ve said before, it’s only a matter of time before the State realizes that there’s little up-side to sharing VLT revenues with NYRA, and decides to keep the money for itself.  NYRA is not doing anything to deter such thoughts.
